- FLEECE FABRIC: Fleece fabric was developed to be an alternative to wool. Fleece is a lightweight and warm fabric. It is soft and snuggly and does not have an abrasive feel like wool. Fleece does not shed, shrink, or fade and will not wrinkle when removed promptly from the dryer. It is machine wash and dry and will maintain its usefulness and beauty if washed and dried properly.
- WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS: It is “Easy Fleecy” to keep your Cat Window Perch Cover looking great for years to come. The cover is completely machine wash and dry. Place the Cat Window Perch Cover in a mesh laundry bag or a bed pillowcase tied with a hair tie or rubber band. Wash in cold/warm water on a gentle cycle. Wash separately, without other fabrics as other fabrics are abrasive. Do not use bleach or detergents containing bleach. If stained distribute a small amount of detergent directly on the stain. Do not use fabric softener as it is not needed or recommended. Fleece dries fast. Dry on air or low heat cycle and remove promptly. Do not use dryer sheets as these are not needed or recommended. Do not dry clean or iron.
- ADDITIONAL CROP CIRCLE WASH AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS Find the tab of the invisible zipper on the “scrunchie” part of the Crop Circle (a little hidden and sometimes hard to find). Open the zipper and pull on the “snake”. The two ends of the “snake” should be available from the zippered opening. Unsnap the ends and pull the snake from the fleece of the Crop Circle. Wash and dry the fleece as directed above. If the “snake” is not soiled, there is no need to wash. If you do find it necessary to also wash the “snake”, due to an accident – urine, stool, vomit, place the “snake” in a cotton pillowcase and secure with a hair tie or rubber band and wash as you would fleece as indicated above. To dry the “snake” hang it stretched through four (4) hangers and allow it to air dry for a day. Then dry in the dryer on lowest heat setting. Next hang on hangers again to allow it to finish drying. Note: it can seem dry when it is not completely dry. You can also manipulate the foam within the “snake” by grasping in the center along the length or the “snake” and pulling gently from both sides. After the “snake” is dry, insert it into the scrunchie portion of the Crop Circle and feed it around to the opening. Snap the ends of the “snake” together and zip the opening closed.
